The first 10 clubs on TryoutScout lock in $30/team/month for the full Develop platform, for as long as the club stays subscribed. A club with 10 teams pays $300/mo. The program is limited to the first 10 clubs.
One age group or competitive team with its own roster. A club with U10B, U12G, and U14B has 3 teams. Archived teams are not billed.
Yes. The Free and Coach plans include one team; to add more, move to the Develop plan. On Develop, your billing updates automatically when you add or archive a team in the platform.
Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. The Develop plan also includes a 14-day free trial. The Coach plan does not have a trial period.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
No. Every paid plan can be billed month to month, so you can subscribe for tryout season and cancel once your rosters are set. A single team gets unlimited tryout sessions and prospects on the Coach plan. Clubs running tryouts across several teams, or sending roster offers through TryoutScout, use Develop. Your tryout records stay in your account after you cancel, and you can export your club data from Settings at any time.
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your club moves to the Free plan, your data stays in your account, and you can export your club data from Settings at any time.
Yes. Parents, and athletes with their own account, can download the athlete's full development history as a verified PDF — every IDP, every season evaluation, coach-authored and time-stamped. It's designed to follow the player to any club, showcase team, or college recruiting conversation.
