TryoutScout will offer optional payment collection so families can pay club registration fees directly through the platform. Clubs that use this feature will be charged a 3% all-in transaction fee — lower than the industry standard. Clubs that collect payments through their own tools pay nothing extra.

No. Your subscription covers the full platform. When our optional Payment Collection feature launches (Q3 2026), a 3% all-in fee applies only to payments you choose to collect through TryoutScout — not to your existing payment methods. For context: TeamSnap charges 3.25% + $1.50 per transaction; SportsEngine charges 3.25% + $2.00 per installment; GotSport charges 4% on credit card payments. On a club collecting $100K in annual registrations, that's $3,250–$4,000 in transaction fees on top of their subscription costs.
The first 10 clubs on TryoutScout lock in $30/team/month for the full Develop platform, for life — regardless of future pricing changes. A club with 12 teams pays $360/mo, locked forever. Once all 10 spots are filled, this program closes permanently.

Yes. On the Develop plan, your billing updates automatically when you add a team in the platform.
Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. The Develop plan also includes a 14-day free trial.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Your data stays in your account for 90 days after cancellation. You can export it at any time before then.
